75 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE

MEP Building Services Consultants Ltd was established in August 2023 by Directors Wayne Towell and Keith Jones. Wayne and Keith have amassed over 75 years of industrial experience. 

The practice offers a comprehensive range of engineering design services for the built environment, specialising in mechanical, electrical and public health consultancy. Our portfolio consists of private residential, social housing, social care, education , commercial and industrial projects.

Renewable energy is very much an important element of our design duties. Our projects regularly include Solar PV, Battery Storage, MVHR and Air Source Heat Pump Heating systems.

MEP Building Services Consultants Ltd are based in the West Wales town of Llanelli. However, their projects are located throughout the UK.
